Production & Processing

Every Trillway piece is custom-engineered to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production and processing before your order ships. This window does not include transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Once an order ships, standard domestic (U.S.) delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–12 business days, depending on production volume and destination.

International shipping times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

Tracking

All orders include full tracking information, sent via email once your order ships. We encourage all customers to monitor tracking closely.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Trillway is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier's tracking confirms a status of "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure prior to completing your order. If your tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, we recommend contacting the carrier and/or local authorities directly, as we are unable to issue replacements or refunds in these cases.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Trillway is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information submitted at checkout.
