Overview
These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on trillway.com ("the Site"), operated by The Trillway. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Product Availability
- All products are offered in strictly limited quantities as displayed on the Site.
- Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Inventory is only allocated once checkout is successfully completed and payment is confirmed.
- Due to the limited nature of our drops, items may sell out at any point prior to checkout completion, including while in a customer's cart.
Order Cancellation & Fraud Prevention
The Trillway reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that are:
- Flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent by our automated anti-fraud and payment verification systems
- Placed in violation of these Terms
- Suspected of being placed for resale or unauthorized commercial purposes
If an order is cancelled under this policy, any payment collected will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Pricing & Product Descriptions
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Limitation of Liability
The Trillway provides products and services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Trillway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
